Energy Healing with Spirit Guides

Workshop Description

Thursday, October 29 from 6–8 PM at Riverways, Collinsville Axe Factory Energy Healing with Spirit Guides is a sacred space to learn about spirit guides. This time of year, days before All Hallow's Even/Samhain, the veil is thin. It's a time to honor the fact that WE are multi-sensory beings. We can connect and communicate with guides beyond this realm. And then, we can glean wisdom from them—learning, trusting, and strengthening our felt sense of how this energy can move through us. 🌬️...and how we can, in turn, help others. THE EXPERIENCE 🌫️ A chat on thoughts on what/who spirit guides are and what they do (and what YOU think!) ✨ After opening sacred space, a guided practice to allow connection with your spirit guide 🩻 Teaching on two nervous-system informed energy medicine techniques 🫳 Work With Energy: explore guided energy healing in community with each other 🪶 Closing ritual The class is intentionally small so you’ll have space to ask questions, receive personal guidance, and actually practice what you’re learning. No previous experience with energy work, bodywork, or nervous system practices is necessary. This is open to skeptics, weirdos, and anyone in between.
