Through a blend of somatic practices and intuitive healing techniques, we’ll work together to complete unresolved experiences in the body, release stored tension, heal emotional imprints, and restore balance. These sessions harness the body’s natural intelligence, helping you reconnect with your primal instincts and cultivate a grounded sense of autonomy. We’ll also create a practical plan, ensuring you have actionable steps to support your journey beyond our sessions.
Elements of Deep Change
We’ve all heard that the body keeps the score, and it’s true. Somatic sessions help you tune into the emotional residue that’s built up in your body. There’s a deep connection between mind and body: stress often turns into physical tension. Using various somatic techniques, we release this stored tension and guide your body back to its natural balance. Your body already knows how to do this through it's exquisite, innate wisdom.

Through somatic practices, we will gently unravel the layers that disconnect you from your authentic self, allowing your body to process and complete what remains unresolved while reconnecting to its natural rhythms. This is a space to ground, explore, and reawaken the instincts that have always been part of your core.
Somatic + Craniosacral Session Structure
First 40 Minutes: Together, we'll tune into your body's sensations and responses, using Somatic techniques to support regulation and integration. You'll leave with a personalized Somatic Care Plan and practical tools to apply in daily life.
Last 50 Minutes: We'll head over to the table for a nervous system reset. I'll use somatic tools, craniosacral therapy, and energy medicine to treat you based on the findings of your somatic assessment at the beginning of the session.
