Somatic + Craniosacral (Integrative)

Service Description

An extended, integrative session that allows the body time to settle, respond, and integrate. This session includes time for arrival and orientation, somatic tracking and dialogue, hands-on craniosacral integration, and an unhurried closing. Somatic work may support the completion of unresolved stress responses, followed by hands-on integration that supports settling, coherence, and the body’s natural capacity to reorganize. Each integrative session also includes time to share embodiment tools tailored to your nervous system, offering practical ways to continue supporting yourself between sessions. This session may be supportive if you’re working with: – persistent stress held in the body – recurring physical or emotional patterns – a desire for slower, more integrative work – ongoing body-based support 🌀 This is the most spacious Riverways offering. Note: Riverways Craniosacral and Somatic sessions by Kristen Dawn are not massage therapy, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical or mental-health care. Craniosacral and healing-touch practices are complementary, wellness-oriented approaches intended to support relaxation and nervous-system awareness. Clients are encouraged to continue working with licensed health-care providers for any medical or psychological concerns.
