In a one hour online session, we’ll dive into a journey of somatic experiencing—helping you return to the version of you that is in deep alignment with nature and your inner wisdom. Through somatic practices, we will gently unravel the layers that disconnect you from your wild, awesome self, inviting a reconnection to your body’s natural rhythms. This is a space to ground, explore, and reawaken the instincts that have always been part of your core.
